ONE MONTH OF REPROGRAMMING
Four weeks of support and activities to build boundaries in the work day, no time off required.
One week in person in the Hamptons.
Three weeks continued integration programming on Zoom.
Weekends off to rest and reset, with the exception of morning meditation practices and Sunday 11/3 for closing hang.
Week one
Start by spending a week together during the best part of the Hamptons off-season. The light is golden, the produce is peak, and the water is warm.
This in person week features:
Workshops and talks led by experts on boundaries, burnout, mindfulness and meditation, and daily grounding practices
Yoga each morning with on site teacher
Meals made with local, fresh ingredients by a private chef
Hot tub, pool and fire pit for evening relaxation and journaling time
Two off-site meals
Choose from three tiers of accommodation (limited availability)
Massage therapist and astrology readings available as add-ons
*Arrivals beginning 10/4 and departures until 10/12 available
three virtual weeks
Continue exercising the habit over the following three weeks. The program will taper down in the amount of time we spend together, while ramping up in accountability and integration and taking off the training wheels. See below for more specific structure of these weeks.

Facilitator prompted meditation group to stay in touch and remain accountable to morning practice
Virtual expert led discussions
Daily office hours for drop in check-ins
Group lunches on Zoom to stay in touch
Accountability buddy with suggested hang time
Individual follow up check in
Journal prompts related to expert topics and for continued integration
WEEKS 2-4 BREAKDOWN
WEEK 2
Morning meditation prompts daily
Daily office hours daily until 10am and for 15 minute breaks during mid-morning and mid-afternoon
Virtual expert led discussion on rituals and habits
Virtual expert led discussion on the importance of self-care (with mini facial; products provided complimentary at retreat)
2 x virtual group lunch hours
2 x accountability buddy lunch hours
1 x suggested lunch on your own
2 x virtual group evening discussions
Week 3
Morning meditation prompts daily.
Office hours daily until 10am and for 15 minute breaks during mid-morning and mid-afternoon
Virtual expert led discussion on the impact of smart phones
2 x virtual group lunches
1 x accountability buddy lunch
1 x virtual group evening hang
week 4

Morning meditation prompts (continuing to 11/3).
Office hours daily until 10am, for lunch and in evenings for anyone who wants to join.
