Natalie Lue, 47, is a boundaries and relationship coach who‘s the creator of one of the longest running self-help blogs in the world, Baggage Reclaim, and The Baggage Reclaim Sessions podcast. The England-born, Ireland-raised author helps people understand how their emotional baggage is interfering with their ability to live their lives happily and authentically. Topics she’s particularly well-known for include emotional unavailability, recognising shady behaviour, people pleasing, and values, needs and boundaries.
Natalie’s authored five books, including Mr Unavailable and the Fallback Girl and The Joy of Saying No. Her advice has been featured in the New York Times, Forbes, NPR, USA Today, and the BBC, among many others.

With over a decade in film production and an Emmy award under her belt, Jenn has always had a deep appreciation for the art of storytelling. However, like many, she found herself feeling burnt out and overwhelmed as the industry’s demands continued to escalate. When the world paused for Covid-19, it was the catalyst she needed to reassess her path and reignite her passions. During this transformative time, Jenn embarked on a journey into the healing arts. She took a leap of faith and became a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, and trained in lymphatic drainage. These experiences deepened her understanding of wellness and empowered her to cultivate a holistic approach in her own life. Jenn has since re-entered the production world, and is dedicated to integrating these healing modalities into the fast-paced environment of film and television. She shares her tools and techniques with her colleagues, helping them navigate the rigors of the industry while prioritizing their own well-being. By fostering a culture of mindfulness and self-care, she aims to create a more balanced and harmonious production experience. Jenn strives to blend the worlds of production and wellness, showing that we can craft compelling stories without sacrificing our health.

She fell in love with cooking early on, officially pivoting from her decade-long career in fine jewelry to food when she enrolled at the Institute of Culinary Education in 2021. Highly passionate about encouraging people to make food choices that support their physical and mental health (as well as the health of local communities and our planet), Samantha is all about sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients from local markets and independent stores.
