the reset

a month of reprogramming

The Reset is a month long guided experience designed for high-achievers who feel overextended, constantly juggling demands, and struggling to carve out space for themselves. This isn’t a retreat where you check out of life—it’s a structured program that weaves into your daily routine, helping you reset your relationship with time, work, and personal well-being while still living your life.

They say it takes 30 says to make a habit. The Reset is built for professionals who want a real shift—one that doesn’t require escaping to a remote retreat or putting life on pause. This program is for you if you’re ready to invest and empower yourself to set and hold boundaries within your day, and find room for peace and growth… to practice the habit of taking time for yourself.

This is how it works.

Week 1: The Reset (In Person)
For the first week, you step out of your routine and into a new space. This is not a vacation—it’s a shift. You’ll work remotely from a curated location, surrounded by a small cohort of like-minded professionals. Structured programming is woven into your workday, allowing you to reclaim personal agency and build better habits in real time, without taking time off work.

A sample day looks like this:

  • 7-9am: Morning movement (yoga or do your own thing) and a light breakfast

  • 9am-12:30pm: Working hours in your room (there will be a suggested 20 minute break mid-morning)

  • 12:30-1:30pm: Lunch (the only challenge is to not talk about work!)

  • 1:30pm-6:30pm: Working hours (with a suggested 20 minute break mid-afternoon)

  • 6:30pm: Appetizers

  • 7-8pm: Sit down, family style dinner with topical discussion on the evening’s expert programming

  • 8-9/9:30pm: Expert workshop

  • 9/9:30pm: Unstructured time for journaling and relaxing before bed

  • 11pm: Lights out

Weeks 2-4: The Integration (Virtual)
The next three weeks are designed to reinforce and sustain what you’ve started:

  • Week 2: High-touch support with daily check-ins, live calls, and expert-led workshops.

  • Week 3: A more flexible cadence—enough structure to stay engaged, but room to test your new habits.

  • Week 4: "Training wheels off"—you’re stepping into your own rhythm, with light-touch support and the confidence to hold your boundaries.

Throughout the virtual phase, you’ll have access to a WhatsApp accountability group, and I’ll be available daily to guide and support. The goal is to help you rewire your habits over 30 days, so these shifts aren’t just insights—they become your default.
