how it works
The Recess takes place across two days, with sessions running 2.5 hours today, including email breaks to keep things moving.
Run of show:
45 minute discussion and exercise based on the day’s expert topic
15 minute email break
45-60 minute expert workshop on selected topic
15 minute email break
15-30 minute Q+A with expert (optional for team members putting out fires elsewhere)
Suggested Format: In-person at your office (I will join your team in person), with an expert dialing in virtually. Fully remote teams can participate via Zoom.
Choose Your Focus: Tailor the experience by selecting the topics most relevant to your team. Day 1 will feature science-based and informative information on burnout and stress, and day 2 will focus on mindful practices and tools.
