Over seven weeks, you’ll get guided insights, expert-led sessions, and community support—without the commitment of a deep-dive program.

  • The Dabble will meet once a week for 7 weeks at a set time each week. Each session will be 1-2 hours, depending on the topic. If rescheduling is needed, you will be alerted ASAP.

  • No worries! All sessions are recorded and available for replay, so you can engage on your own time.

  • About 1-2 hours per week—including the live session, guided exercises, and optional discussion. It’s designed to be low-lift and easy to integrate.

  • Both The Dabble and The Reset offer expert workshops and practical takeaways to help you with stress and balance. The Dabble is great if you are unable to commit to a longer program, or aren’t sure you really need it but just want some helpful knowledge and community. The Reset is a month-long investment for those who really want to go deeper into creating new habits around balance.
